Their Pinot Gris, at 6% alcohol by volume, is 50% lighter in alcohol compared to the standard Giesen Pinot Gris (12.5% alc./vol). Each 125ml glass has 49 calories and 1.9g of sugar. Using advanced technology, they reduce the alcohol content while preserving flavour. The wine features pear blossom aromas with sweet spice, a light yet textural palate with quince paste and papaya flavours, and a fresh, balanced finish.
